Volen is in California this week, meeting with professionals involved in hoarding task forces and treatment of Hoarding Disorder in and around San Francisco. Below are two members of the relatively new task force in Santa Clara, Dana Girard and Mallory von Kugelgen. A fruitful discussion which led to new ideas about what a Swedish task force could focus on.
It is obvious that there is a lot to be done for people with Hoarding Disorder in Sweden, and that collaboration across organizations is key, More updates from the trip to come.
